Sunday Mornings

We love to welcome our guests and make sure they enjoy their Sunday experience at BFMC.  There are many places where you can jump in and help us provide a great Sunday.  You can serve once per month, or more or less often as your schedule allows.  Sunday mornings are a great way to meet other church members and get to know some people!

Greeters spend about a half and our (9:15 am - 9:45 am) at the entry doors to welcome guests and guide them if they need help finding a space inside our church building

Ushers spend about an hour and a half on Sunday near the Sanctuary and aid in helping find seats, handing out materials, and colleting giving funds.

Welcome Center Attendants man the Welcome Center for about 20 minutes before and after the service. Here, new attenders can find out information about our church, get directed to a space within the building, and all our guests can get information about & sign up for upcoming events, small groups, and the various church ministries.

Parking Lot Attendants enjoy the weather outdoors as they greet vehicles that are entering our parking lot. They are also responsible for stopping traffic and assisting guests as they cross our driveway to walk safely into the our building.

Café team members are responsible for coffee, donuts & treats that are available before and after our services. They pick up donuts from Wegmans, set up food trays, make coffee and water, and keep the cafe station stocked as guests filter through on Sunday mornings.

Our Tech Team plays a vital role in our worship service, both in church and online. They produce the sound for our musicians & speakers, visuals on the screens, cameras for online and viewing in the café, and much more. Training is provided.
